We'll go over fundamentals, wrist and foot locks, how to climb and get into beautiful beginner poses and sequneces. A 5 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)

Kids Silk Hammock L2 Series
Prerequisites:
To ensure safety and comfort in the air, your child must
have completed a minimum of (3) Kids Silk Hammock L1 series, or
receive instructor approval before taking this
series.

This series is perfect for students who are ready for a bit more challenge and love being upside down, spinning, and flowing through the air! While things get a little fancier, we keep it fun, supportive, and full of encouragement every step (or swing!) of the way.
Join us for a unique yoga experience in our “Rage and Restore” workshop. This class is designed to help you release pent-up emotions and tension through movement and the power of profanity. Let go of stress and frustration as you move through dynamic poses and sequences that encourage you to express yourself freely.After releasing your rage, we will transition into a restorative moment in the hammock where you can reflect and absorb the energy you've created. We will guide you through calming and rejuvenating poses that will help you find inner peace and balance.This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to let go of negativity and embrace relaxation.
