Kids Silks L2 Class (Ages 8-13)
Leveling up has never been so fun!
Prerequisites: Offered every 6 weeks in between our 5-week series, this Level 2 drop-in class is perfect for students who have completed at least three (3) Level 1 Silks Series or receive instructor approval before enrolling, and are ready to explore more advanced skills in the air.
Our Level 2 Kids Silks Class is for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to explore more challenging climbs, wraps, and sequences. This class builds on the foundation from Level 1 with a focus on clean technique, strength, and flow.
Students must have completed
In Level 2, kids will:

This class is perfect for kids who are ready for a challenge and excited to take their aerial skills to the next level in a fun, supportive space.
All Kids 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year. In between each series there is a drop-in class to allow prospective students to try the hammock before committing to the next series.
Our Level 1 Kids Series are designed to be taken multiple times, with each session offering a completely new sequence featuring different skills and movements. This format makes the series both accessible for brand-new students and engaging for returning students, building on new challenges and skills.
To ensure safety and readiness, advancement to Level 2 requires instructor approval.
Working on general body mobility and flexibility both on the ground and in the air? This is the perfect workshop to help work towards your flexibility goals on the mat, in the hoop or on the silks! You can't be flexible without being MOBILE first! We'll warm up and lubricate our joints by opening the hips, splits and lengthening the spine and hamstrings in preparation and in support of our mat and aerial practices. Using mat yoga sequences and poses along with drills and sequences with weights and on aerial apparatuses like the aerial hammock, you'll leave feeling excited and refreshed with some new flexibility workouts and mobility drills to bring home and add into your practice/every day lives!
Grab your heels and join us for an empowering Lyra Heels
Workshop—a unique twist on lyra that blends strength, sensuality,
and style. In this class, we’ll use your heels as an extension of
your movement, incorporating them into a fun, choreographed Lyra
sequence while exploring creative poses, transitions, and
lines.
This workshop is all about expression—feeling confident in your
body, refining your shapes, and adding that extra edge to your flow
on the hoop. Expect a mix of technique, play, and performance
energy in a supportive, high-vibe environment.

Silk Hammock 5 Week Series – Level 1
Not ready for an 8 week commitment? But you’re ready to build more skills than intro or drop-in? Then this series is for you!
In this 5 week series, we’ll focus on deepening your aerial foundation — building strength, fluidity, and confidence in the silk hammock. You’ll learn new mounts, transitions, and poses that expand on skills from Intro to Cirque or drop-in classes. Each week we’ll add to your toolbox of tricks while developing proper technique, muscle engagement, and flow in the air.
Get ready to have fun, LOTS of laughs, physically & mentally strengthen the body in completely new ways, & meet some amazing friends!
A 5 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)
– Aerial class packages can not be used towards this series, and missed classes will no longer be credited back to your account (sorry, it's become too hard for fellow students & teachers to continue the flow of the series).
– Students should have taken 3–5 Intro to Cirque or Silk Hammock drop-in classes and feel comfortable climbing and inverting in the air.
Join Alyssa for a 4-week series designed to help you flow through stunning beginner and advanced beginner friendly poses and sequences in the aerial Lyra hoop! Throughout this course, you'll build strength, flexibility, and body awareness to move safely and gracefully in the hoop. Instruction will focus on essential aerial skills, including proper grip, body alignment, balance, and seamless transitions between movements. You'll also practice conditioning exercises to strengthen your core and upper body, key elements for mastering the art of Lyra. Come elevate your practice and discover the beauty of aerial movement!
Must have taken at least 2 intro to lyra drop in classes before joining the series!
