Step inside the cube — and experience one of the most visually stunning and rarely offered apparatuses in aerial arts! Join Alyssa for a 75-minute Specialty Aerial Cube Workshop, featuring creative transitions, beautiful shapes, and sequences designed to explore the cube’s unique geometry. This is the only aerial cube in the area, offering a rare chance to train on this mesmerizing apparatus.
With just five students, each participant will receive individual time on the cube. While one person flies, the others will practice the same movements and concepts on Lyra Hoop to build strength, fluidity, and body awareness.
Whether you’re expanding your performance repertoire or just curious to try something new, this is your opportunity to experience the magic of cube in an intimate, supportive environment. Spots are extremely limited — early registration is encouraged!
Experience with circus arts apparatuses encouraged. 2-3 lyra, hammock or silks classes.
Ready to spin, climb, and fly? Aerial Rope (Spanish Web) is a dynamic discipline that combines strength, coordination, and breathtaking speed and now you can dive deep into it over five weeks of dedicated training.

Whether you're an adventurous beginner or a seasoned aerialist looking to add something new to your repertoire, this series will challenge your grip, build serious upper body and core strength, and leave you with skills you'll carry into every aerial class.

your movement, incorporating them into a fun, choreographed Lyra
sequence while exploring creative poses, transitions, and
lines.
This workshop is all about expression—feeling confident in your
body, refining your shapes, and adding that extra edge to your flow
on the hoop. Expect a mix of technique, play, and performance
