Step into a creative container where individual flow meets collective movement. In this single-session workshop, participants will explore a curated fusion of dance styles — blending mystical movement, sensual embodiment, and coordinated connection into one cohesive experience.
We'll move through a full warm-up, learn a short signature routine, and bring it all together in a collaborative performance moment. This is your invitation to drop into your creative essence, connect with fellow movers, and express something beautiful — all in one afternoon.
Suggested for participants with a background in any style of dance, or anyone with the desire and willingness to explore new methods of movement.

Aerial Yoga Beginner, Aerial Yoga All-levels, Aerial Yoga Intermediate, Aerial Yoga Flips & Tricks
To advance to one of our Circus classes, a minimum of 1 aerial yoga class is required, 2-3 are recommended.
Step 2: Silk Hammock – Intro
In this class, you'll be introduced to circus-style hammocks—longer, stretchier silks rigged from a single point. You'll explore foundational movements, aerial terminology, dynamic poses, and transitions, all while improving strength and flexibility in a fun, supportive environment.
Recommended Minimum
Attendance:
Take this series, and/or Silk Hammock Intro/L1, at least 5
times before progressing, or receive instructor approval
to advance.
Prerequisites:
At least 1 Aerial Yoga class is required;
2–3 classes are strongly recommended to build
comfort and body awareness in the air.
Child & Adult 1 Class:
Spend this time bonding with your little one in a fun new way! Together, you will share one swing and work as a team, helping each other stretch further & fly higher!
- Promotes teamwork, sharing, verbal communication and asking for help.
- Children learn patience, allowing “parental” to take a turn while they assist, or become the “helper/spotter”.
- Offers coping/calming tools to relax the body and mind during stressful situations.
- Enhance concentration, strength, flexibility, & heightens body awareness in a creative and fun new way.
- Send fresh oxygenated blood to the brain for mental clarity, alertness, and focus.

Roll out your hammock and let the sky do the rest. This special aerial yoga class is timed perfectly with the sunset — the sun dips below the horizon at 7:33 PM, and you'll feel every last ray of it right here in Studio Fire.
Flow, breathe, and soak in those golden hour vibes as the day melts away around you.
And on your way out? Spread a little sunshine. Our pop-up Bloom Bar will be set up so you can design your own bouquet for just $10 — keep it for yourself or gift it to someone who could use a little brightening. (Totally optional, but totally worth it.)
A creative container for individual flow and collective movement. Over four weeks, participants will learn a step-by-step routine building week by week toward a culminating group performance that is as visually stunning as it is deeply felt.
Each class begins with a warm-up, introduces new material, and layers it into the growing routine. Together, the group will choose a collective costume and theme, making the final performance a true co-creation.
