
In this class, we will cover the foundational techniques of pole dancing, enabling you to master beginner tricks and seamless transitions on the pole. You’ll also explore low-flow choreography, linking movements together to create a fluid and well-rounded routine.
To note:
1) Please wear as little clothing as possible as our skin is what helps us to stick on this apparatus. Short shorts and sports bras recommended.
2) Avoid moisturizing your body the day of your class please, this will make it harder to do the movements. The drier the skin the better!!!
Circus Circuit is suitable for all fitness levels, this class effectively enhances cardiovascular endurance while building strength, conditioning, and toning. It aims to improve overall strength and flexibility, benefiting both your aerial and ground activities.
Participants can expect to engage in exercises using body weight, weights, TRX, Bungee, resistance bands, and aerial hammocks. The class structure varies weekly, focusing on different muscle groups each time. All levels welcome!

We are now introducing the Lyra Hoop to your kids! Come explore the Lyra Hoop, or Aerial Hoop as it is sometimes called. This will be a complete basics & fundamentals class, no experience is required! We will focus on building hand grip and upper body strength, knee locks, & some beautiful beginner poses within the hoop. Let your kids live out their circus dreams! :)

The level 1 series are designed to be taken multiple times while learning a completely new sequence with different moves each round! This makes it accessible to brand new students coming in, but is still a greatnway to grow and build on newer level 1 skills.

Kids Silks 5 Week Series level 1- must have taken at least TWO intro to series'
These 5-week series are ongoing throughout the year, with a one week break in-between series. This time, our junior aerialists learn more advanced flips and tricks on the silks! Students will explore a variety of moves while focusing on proper alignment & technique to build upper body strength, coordination, flexibility, and focus on body awareness. These classes promote “overcoming fears & obstacles” all while laughing with our peers!

In this 5 week series, we will introduce you to the silks circus aparatus! Learn the basics with us and strenghten our bodies and brains! ! We'll go over fundamentals, wrist and foot locks, how to climb and get into beautiful beginner poses and sequneces. A 5 week course is designed for students to uniformly advance together. If any poses don't agree with your body, no sweat! Everything is adaptable :)
