A gentle introduction to yoga – if you are new to yoga this is the course for you!

Learn the basic principles of safe alignment and key breathing techniques to help calm the mind and relax the body. Build strength and stability as you are progressively taken through the foundations of practice. Modifications will be offered and demonstrated at each stage of the course.
