It will be the calmest workout...NOT! It's every thing you love about our Bounce class, but with bubbles and nibbles! And a hella good way back throw back 90s playlist of your fave club jams. You'll bounce and get jiggy with your Groove Barre home skillets. A wicked time will be had by all, duh.
After our class, we'll enjoy some refreshments and bubbles (prosecco, beer, white and red wine, and non-alcoholic options will be available). All that, and a bag of chips. Biatch, please - just sign up already.

This rebounder class is a cardio and muscle sculpting full-body workout. Groove Barre Bounce classes deliver heart pumping cardio with High Intensity Interval Training. Our HIIT embraces Choose Your Challenge, just like our barre classes – there is an option for everyone. Rebounding allows you to access high intensity cardio with minimal impact – 80 percent less than running! Challenge balance and core with sculpting series performed on the rebounder.
