Curious about Sattva Kriya Yoga? Would you like to learn more about this ancient practice?
Sattva Kriya Yoga is an integrated approach, rooted in the Vedic Traditions of the Himalayas - it's composed of breath techniques, meditation, and physical poses that bring us to a state of inner stillness.
“Begin and end with stillness.” is a foundational statement underlying Sattva Kriya Yoga. This practice invites you inward through breathwork and meditative movement. These simple techniques support the balance amongst our mind, body, and spirit.
This experience will start with a 60-75 minute practice, followed by a break and brief journaling. There will then be a discussion focused on Sattva Yoga, some of its history, and application.
The best way to experience Sattva is to practice.
