In this time together we’ll create your Sankalpa. More than just a casual intention, a sankalpa is used in the deep meditation of yoga nidra to set a resolve. You’ll refine your own sankalpa as a seed you will plant and allow to grow throughout the next year and beyond.
AND we’ll work to grow actual roots by planting an amaryllis bulb that you will take home with you.
This practice concludes with a yoga nidra to place your sankalpa deep in your mind.
