This level 1 workshop will focus on movement and mobility. Learning to move the extremeties indepently of the spine. We'll spend some quality time learning movements and basic form adjustments needed to build an awareness of how to access, engage and isolate the core while moving the extremeties.

Prerequisite poses you should have some knowledge and experience with before attending this workshop:

Cat/Cow - Marjaryasana

Phalakasana – Plank Pose

Vasisthasana (Modified) – Side Plank Pose

The Meditation & Movement of Yoga

This level 2 workshop will focus on fluid movement, transitions and mobility. Learning to move the extremeties indepently of the spine while moving from one asana to the next.

Day one will focus on poses that get deeper into back body strength and engagement and learning how deep core engagment is at the center of movement in the back body (upper, middle and lower back, glutes, hamstrings and claves).

Prerequisite poses you should have some knowledge and experience with before attending this workshop:

Anahastasana - Playful Puppy Pose

Anjaneyasana - Low Lunge

Ardha Chandrasana - Half Moon

Cat/Cow - Marjaryasana

Dhanurasana - Pow Pose

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana - King Pigeon Pose

 

Malasana – Yoga Squat

Phalakasana – Plank Pose

 

Salabhasana - Locust Pose

Salamba Bhujangasana - Sphinx Pose

Utthita Trikonasana - Triangle Pose
