Ages 4-7:
Kids will learn all about their incredible microbiome and how to feed their good “gut bugs”. We’ll make a craft together and feed our good gut-bugs with a healthy snack.

Ages 8-12:
Kids will have fun with a fruit and veggie activity, learning all about what makes fruits and veggies so important and powerful in our bodies. They will fill out brackets and find out which fruit or veggie wins the ultimate taste test.

All ages: We’ll spend some time quieting our minds and moving our bodies with yoga and breath techniques.
