Whether you’re training for the Flying Pig Marathon or simply looking to improve your performance, this class focuses on flexibility, balance, strength, and recovery to help prevent injuries, build stamina, and improve mental focus—so you can cross the finish line feeling strong.

Sunday Sound Bath

Sink into stillness and let the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and Himalayan instruments guide you into deep relaxation. This 60-minute sound journey is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore harmony to the body and spirit.

Sound healing uses vibration to bring the body back into balance — helping to reduce stress, calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and promote emotional release. As the sound waves move through you, they gently realign your energy and guide you into a meditative state where peace, clarity, and deep rest naturally unfold.

Simply arrive, settle in, and allow the sound to do the rest.

This Sound Journey follows our Restore & Reiki class (booked separately). You’re welcome to attend both. Please arrive early to settle in, with the option to enjoy complimentary tea before the Sound Bath.

Flow & Fuel Workshop

Join Michelle for our very first Flow & Fuel Workshop, a special collaboration between Root & Bloom Nutrition and Happily Ever Yoga.

We’ll begin the evening with a 45-minute mindful yoga flow designed to gently get our blood moving, build warmth in the body, and bring awareness inward. Through breath and movement, we’ll connect with our bodies, settle into the present moment, and set the tone for a nourishing and intentional evening.

After our practice, we’ll transition mindfulness off the mat and into our relationship with food. Michelle, a Registered Dietitian and yoga instructor, will guide a nutrition workshop focused on mindful eating and fueling both body and mind.

During this experience, we’ll enjoy a thoughtfully prepared tasting menu while discussing the health benefits and functional properties of the foods we’re eating, along with practical strategies for balanced nutrition and sustainable fueling habits.

Guests will enjoy a tasting experience featuring:
Protein Energy Bites
“Don’t Be So Inflammatory” Functional Mocktail
Beet, Quinoa & Goat Cheese Salad with pumpkin seeds and lemon herb dressing

Deep Release: Yin/Restore + Sound Experience

Join us for 90 minutes of deep relaxation and restoration at HEY - Happily Ever Yoga.

Begin with 45 minutes of Yin & Restorative Yoga, guided by Lindsey, to gently open the body and calm the mind. During this time, our in-house Reiki master, Tasha, will provide hands-on energy healing to support emotional balance and refresh your energy.

The experience ends with a 45-minute sound journey, where the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments will wash over you. These soothing sounds help clear energetic blockages, deepen relaxation, and guide you into a meditative state.

Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1 is an invitation to reconnect with your body, your intuition, and your natural ability to heal. In this immersive, in-person training, you’ll be introduced to the foundations of Usui Reiki, learning how energy moves through the body and how to begin working with it in a grounded, accessible way.

This level is focused on self-healing and building your personal practice — offering you tools to regulate your nervous system, clear and balance your energy, and deepen your connection to your inner guidance. You’ll receive your Level 1 attunement, along with practices you can return to daily as you integrate this work into your life.

No prior experience is needed — just a willingness to explore and reconnect.

Each attunement is intentionally kept small (6 participants) to allow for a personalized experience, including a tea ceremony and certificate of completion. The training will take place from 1:00–6:00 PM.

If you already feel called to go deeper, there is an option to bundle Level 1 + Level 2 at a discounted rate, supporting you in continuing your journey into practitioner-level work.
