We are hopeful, excited, and optimistic for the upcoming Presidential Election AND we know that we cannot be complacent. It is up to each of us, as individuals and as a community to help elect our first woman and woman of color President!!! To help do our small part - Harlem Yoga studio will be hosting 4 postcard parties where we can get together, settle our excited/ nervous bodies with a bit of movement, and write postcards to help get democratic voters to the polls. Our goal is to reach 2000 potential voters and we will do it together with community, laughter, and of course some snacks ;)

These events are FREE and you do not have to be a yogi to join us:
