
American Red Cross CPR training classes give you the information and the skills you need to help adults, children and infants during breathing and cardiac emergencies.
For Lifeguarding and CPR courses – a combo mask set is provided free for full lifeguarding and CPR classes. For lifeguarding or CPR review, lifeguarding instructor and CPR challenge courses you can purchase one for $20.00 or bring your own. please note: for Lifeguarding and CPR/AED for the professional rescuer courses, an adult mask with an inlet for supplemental oxygen is required as well as a pediatric (infant mask). We sell only this combo set which meets the course regulations. in addition, for all lifeguarding courses the mask must be in a soft fanny pack or similar packaging that allows the rescuer to attach to themselves.

Provides entry-level participants the knowledge and skills to prevent, recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies and to provide care for breathing and cardiac emergencies, injuries and sudden illnesses until EMS personnel take over.
**You must be 15 years of age or older to be able to take this course.
Prerequisites: Minimum age: 15 years.
Swim front crawl or breaststroke for 300 yards continuously demonstrating breath control and rhythmic breathing.
Tread water for 2 minutes using only the legs, placing hands under armpits.
Complete a timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds.
Starting in the water, swim 20 yards.
Surface dive to a depth of 7 to 10 feet to retrieve a 10-pound object.
Return to the surface and swim 20 yards on the back to return to the starting point.
Exit the water without using a ladder or steps.
