The Grief & Joy Women's Circle is a monthly, in-person gathering where women come together in a safe, intentional and compassionate environment to acknowledge both the tender and the beautiful parts of being human. Here, grief is not something to fix or rush, it's honored and witnessed. As we alllow it to move, we naturally create more space for joy, vitality and the radiant lives we desire to live.
Expect reflection and connection and small group sharing and moments of lightness, play and celebration.

This 2.5 hour workshop brings together an all-levels,
beginner-friendly 60-minute Yin & Hatha flow yoga practice,
focused on supporting the body and mind as we enter springtime, and
ends with a 15-minute Reiki-infused sound bath savasana.
