This 8-part workshop series at heart fire yoga offers a modern, interactive exploration of the 8 Limbs of Yoga beyond physical postures. Meeting biweekly, these sessions use movement, sound, and play to help participants integrate ancient principles into contemporary life.
The 8 Limbs Journey Participants will explore the “true essence” of yoga through a creative and interactive lens:
Yamas: Universal ethical roots and social ethics.
Niyamas: Personal practices and self-discipline.
Asana: Postural awareness as a “seat” for the mind.
Pranayama: Breathwork and energy expansion.
Pratyahara: Turning the senses inward.
Dharana: Cultivating focused concentration.
Dhyana: The process of meditation.
Time: Saturdays, 1:00 PM – 2:15 PM.
Schedule: Biweekly sessions (8 total).
Cost: Sliding scale of $10, $20, or $30 per session.
