When used intentionally, cannabis can gently open your awareness, helping you relax, tune into sensation, and move with a little more curiosity, ease, and flow. This 75-minute class with Jes is all about slow, intentional movement...letting go of tension, exploring what feels good, and leaning into the moment. No pressure, just vibes.
And then… we melt. Meaghan will be offering Mini massage sessions on her table. Your body will already be open and ready, making it the perfect pairing to sink even deeper and experience the magic.
