Hatha Beginner Series 2

Immerse yourself in Hatha yoga linage with Madeline Omar this workshop intensive is a great way to build discipline for new and seasoned students alike.
 
Hatha “force” yoga is a way to get to know the basics of asana “posture”, pranayama “breath control” and various meditation techniques.
This branch of yoga is said to channel vital “force” or energy. This practice is slow moving and allows for deep stretching, helping to enhance mental focus and physical strength/flexibility. Madeline knows from her personal practice and experiences that Hatha training, with this series specifically, can jump start and enhance any practice and discipline.
 
As this will have a weekly in person 90 minute practice and a set of “homework” to do at home its perfect for those who may not always have time to pop into a class but would like to maintain a consistent practice. (Even if you can't come to all if you sign up for a session you will get an email of the class that she is happy to discuss with you)
 
If you have been wanting to immerse yourself in yoga, learn more about it or have been doing yoga and want to deepen your self awareness, strength, balance and flexibility or your at home practice this workshop is for you!
