Step into the season of renewal with a multi-sensory journey designed to harmonize your inner landscape. As the Earth reaches its midpoint of perfect balance, we transition from the quiet introspection of Winter (Yin) into the vibrant, rising energy of Spring (Yang).
Governed by the Wood Element, this is a season for detoxification, vision, and expansion. Join Catherine and Courtney as we move through a curated sequence to clear stagnant energy and make space for new growth.
We’ll begin with a non heated 45 min yang influenced yoga flow to warm the body and open energetic pathways, followed by Dr Catherine using acupuncture points placed specifically to support the flow of Qi and balance both body and mind. As you rest, Courtney will gently guide your nervous system into deep restoration with an immersive yoga nidra journey supported by healing sound vibrations, allowing each experience of the day to harmonize and integrate.
