Our online course is a 5-month program meeting one weekend of every month for practice and discussion of core teaching materials. Materials covered will include instruction on vinyasa, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, mantra, anatomy, yoga props, and how to modify for beginner yoga students. Both men and women ages 19+ can register for this 200-hour course.
