The Champions Community is a health and fitness program designed to improve balance, strength, dexterity, flexibility, cognitive processing, fine/gross motor skills, social skills.

When: Mondays 6:00 - 7:00 pm

Where: Home Field Instruction, 201 Shotwell Dr. Franklin, OH

Who: Anyone aged 4+ with phical/ccognitive disabilities

Price: $25 per session or $80 per month (4 sessions)

Instructor Jordan Taylor is the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Bishop Fenwick High School, Miracle League Coach, Licensed K-12 Health & PE teacher, M.Ed in Exercise Science, minor in Autism Studies & adaptive physical education, owner/creator of I Perform Fitness LLC and Champions Community, brother to the most incredible sister who plays in the Miracle League.
