Rec Softball Pitching Clinic (Beginner – 3 Session Series)
This 3-session pitching clinic is designed for rec softball players who are new to pitching or have less than two seasons of experience. It’s all about building a strong foundation and helping young pitchers feel comfortable and confident in the circle.
Over the course of three 1-hour sessions, Dena will break pitching down into simple, easy-to-learn steps so players can understand how to move their body correctly and start developing consistency.
Players will
learn:
• Proper grip and basic
pitching motion
• Fundamental mechanics and
body positioning
• Balance, rhythm, and timing throughout the
delivery
• Stride direction and arm
path
• How to throw strikes
consistently
Each session will also
include:
• Pitcher-specific warm-up
routines
• Simple daily
drills players can repeat at home
• Step-by-step
progressions to build confidence and control
The goal is to give pitchers a clear understanding of the basics, along with drills and routines that help them improve between sessions.
Perfect for beginners who want structure, fundamentals, and a strong start on their pitching journey.

Experienced Pitchers Only: Softball Pitching Bootcamp (2+ Seasons Required)
This 3-session pitching bootcamp is designed specifically for rec softball pitchers who already have at least two seasons of pitching experience and are ready to take the next step in their development.
Over the course of three 1-hour sessions, Dena will work closely with pitchers to refine mechanics, build consistency, and introduce more advanced concepts that help pitchers become more confident and effective in the circle.
Each session will
include:
• Advanced warm-up and arm
care routines designed specifically for
pitchers
• Pitching sequencing and
rhythm to improve timing and efficiency
• Skill-specific
drills that reinforce proper mechanics and
control
• Game-ready
routines pitchers can use before and during
games
• Individual feedback and
adjustments to help each pitcher improve
This bootcamp focuses on helping pitchers throw with better control, improved mechanics, and more confidence, while giving them drills and routines they can continue to use throughout the season.
