Arm Care & Velocity is an intense program designed to help players learn the proper ways to take care of their arm while also increasing overall strength, flexibility, arm speed and quick twitch muscles. This is NOT a program for pitchers only. Catchers, infielders, and outfielders will all up their game.

This is a 30 session, 3 days/week program that CAN and SHOULD be done before, during and after the season. It is all about working and moving the body and arm properly throughout the year to build endurance and proper throwing mechanics to ensure a healthy strong arm during the season. College and Pro Players have adopted this philosophy and we, at Home Field, are passing it along.
