This workshop will also include discussion of sleep needs at different ages, how to manage sleep regressions, and the effect of developmental milestones on sleep. Bring your personal sleep challenges! This class is perfect for expectant parents and those with babies 0-4months.

$40/family *childcare available by request for additional fee

Cindy Davies, MA, BC-DMT is a certified holistic sleep consultant, holds a masters in movement therapy and license in creative arts therapy, is a certified happiest baby on the block educator, and trained in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International. Her interest in sleep patterns and health developed as a response to her work with acutely mentally ill patients, where sleep disruptions showed as the main factor in onset or reappearance of many of her patient's psychiatric symptoms. Cindy is a mother of two, an advocate and teacher in early parenthood health and child development, and tends to be well rested (see what we did there?).
