CHAIR Yoga Series
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. Chair Yoga is for people
- with limited range of motion
- who need assistance balancing
- beginning to introduce exercise
- who are new to yoga
Each Week we will explore repeated movements to support upper and lower body strengthening followed by standing poses using the chair to help balance. We will end with a gentle stretching on the mat (option to do stretches in chair if you don't wish to get on the floor)
