Take your pole journey to the next level with our Upright Tricks Series! In this progressive series, you’ll focus on mastering essential climbs, upright tricks, and smooth transitions that build strength, control, and fluidity. Designed to bridge the gap between beginner and intermediate, this class will help you feel stronger, more confident, and ready to expand your repertoire of pole skills.

**This 4-week series will be on Mondays 815pm-930pm
In this series you’ll be introduced to grounded and descending inversions, and trick combinations.We will also engage in strength training and conditioning in every session.
Strength and stamina conditioning is intensified in this course as we weave movements together into short combinations. By the end of the series you’ll be able to piece movements together with confidence.
(Each session is 75 mins and is once per week for four weeks in a row.)
Level 3 is the advanced stage where strength, elegance, and aerial artistry meet. Students at this level master demanding inverted holds, advanced spins, and dynamic combinations.
Typical Moves:

Aerial inverts (shoulder mounts, hip holds)

Advanced tricks such as: Brass Monkey, Genie, Extended Butterfly, Superman variations, Jade, and other tricks
