During these poses, Reiki is either channeled directly through gentle touch or offered energetically, helping to release blocked energy, reduce stress, and promote holistic healing.

Join us each month to discuss a different book. We will meet one Saturday of each month at 12:15pm. The book will be selected the previous month for the next month.
