Our 6 Week Meditation & Pranayama Course for Beginners with Matty is designed to support you in building a confident, sustainable meditation and breathwork practice at home, beautifully complementing your commitment to physical movement.
Across six weeks, you’ll be gently guided through:

Space for questions, reflection and discussion
Clear, supportive guidance to take your practice beyond the studio
