experience that is designed to help you realize the infinite nature
of who you are and your ability to thrive and heal.
We will combine the transcendental powers of breathwork and sound.
Together these practices will give us the opportunity for a deep
inward journey and peak state experience. This experience has the
potential to activate and clear the chakras, release trauma, re-set
the nervous system, connect us with higher consciousness and help
us achieve self-actualization.
No prior experience is necessary.
You will be laying down for the mediation so please bring a yoga
mat blanket and pillow. We will also provide all these at the event
if necessary.

The Dark Moon is the period of time right before a new moon. Often overlooked, it is a very important part of the moon's cycle. During this time, we are invited to set with, hold space for, and process what has passed. We are guided to surrender absorb and assimilate what happened during the previous moon cycle. We can think of the Dark Moon much like savasana. It is a closing, a gentle ending supported by the protection that darkness can give us. In darkness, we heal.
In this Dark Moon Sound Healing led by Dejah Roman we invite you to surrender, reflect, and release with breathwork, journaling, smoatic movement and sound. This relaxing experience will clear your energy creating space to invite in new beginnings associated with the New Moon happening shortly after.
All props and mats will be provided by Inner Space, and guests are invited to dress comfortably and bring any other items they find will enhance their comfort. During this experience you can expect:
- The practice to open with some breathwork and some guided journaling
- Guests will be guided through 15-20 minutes of slow, intentional somatic movements focused on releasing body tension and anxiety.
- This will be followed by a 20-minute fully supported Dark Moon Savasana with soundbath and energy clearing.
- This session will close with time for reflection & connection, an offering of detoxifying tea, and a closing guided journaling.
- Guests will be sent home with a few small tools to assist them in continuing their healing journey.
