What to Expect:
20 Minutes of Strength
- A guided total body workout, using weights to fit your fitness ability, that is designed to get your heart rate up, build muscle and increase your metabolism (HIIT-style intervals).
- Suitable for people with some exercise experience.
20 Minutes of Stretching
- Calming yoga-inspired stretches to help you cool down and release tension.
- Space is limited, so mats may be close together.
20 Minutes of Wellness Chat + Samples
- Learn wellness & nutritional tips, tricks and guides for healthy living.
- Explore healthy products (from IDLife) to support your wellness goals.
- Note: We do not cure, treat, diagnose or prevent any disease . Always consult your healthcare provider about changes to your nutrition or supplements.
Important Info:
- Please wear workout clothes suitable for strength training and yoga.
- Please bring indoor athletic shoes for safety.
- Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you do not, one will be provided for you.
- Participants who have not signed a waiver at this location will be asked to sign a brief consent/liability waiver on arrival.
- Workshop is capped at 10 people for a more personal experience.

Carpooling:
Tettagouche Lodge is 3 hours and 45 minutes (232 miles) from the Hudson Inspiring Actions Parking Lot. Once we know everyone who is going, we will put together a list to help people carpool. We are only allowed 9 cars on the property.
Registration:
Please look at the accommodation options and prices to fill out the registration form. Once that is received, Lucy will send you an invoice. A $250 non-refundable deposit holds your spot and the total cost will need to be paid in full by July 1, 2025.

There are both single and double (two people sharing a room) accommodations. If you are choosing double occupancy, you can only register if you have a roommate. If you need a roommate, email Lucy and she will do her best to match you with someone, but please note this does not guarantee you a spot on the retreat. First come, first served. Preference is given to those registering with a roommate or choosing single occupancy.
