birth. Led by two prenatal-certified yoga instructors who are also
birth doulas, each session offers safe, empowering practices to
ease common pregnancy discomforts and promote relaxation,
resilience, and confidence for the journey ahead.

Baby Yoga 3-Week Series Hudson

A perfect fit for new parents/caregivers who want to stretch and to bond with their babies. This class is a perfect blend between yoga for parents/caregivers and baby yoga as well as baby massage. It is great for babies 3 weeks and up (until crawling).
This class promotes parent & baby bonding. Parents/caregivers experience strengthening and toning. There is focus on opening and stretching the upper back to counteract the continual forward flexion which is often associated with caring for baby, and healthy breathing patterns are encouraged. Baby increases mobility and flexibility, the spinal column and nervous system are nourished and strengthened, digestion improves, they learn how to relax and be calm, and much more.
