In Buddhism, there are 108 delusions of the mind. In Hinduism, there are 108 prayer beads on a mala. In eastern medicine, there are 108 energy points that make up the heart chakra. The distance between the earth and the sun is 108 times the diameter of the sun, and the diameter of the sun is 108 times the diameter of the earth. And heck, in baseball, there are 108 double stitches on the ball! The list goes on and on! Here at Inspiring Actions, we’re just going to do 108 Sun Salutations because, well, we want to feel awesome!

Come PAUSE, REST, REFLECT, and OPEN to 2024. This mini retreat will use meditation, Open Floor movement, art, and journaling to honor the change of the year.
What’s Included: Guided experiential activities, meditation, and movement. Time for self-reflection and deep connection. Afternoon hot tea with savory and sweet canapés. Annual Review Workbook to take home. Space for you.
Bring: Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring water, a yoga mat, mug for hot tea, and coloring utensils (crayons, markers, or colored pencils).

Use sound to clear your mind and relax your body which in turn allows your body to have the ability to heal itself. There are several types of sound that can be used for meditation. Using a rhythmic flow of sound and various methods, transcend you into a relaxing meditative state. No experience necessary
