Get ready for a special yoga class that will leave you feline’ fine! Join Inspiring Synergy and Cat Tale Nonprofit Animal Rescue for this one-of-a-kind yoga class, with Kittens! Enjoy a playful yoga class while interacting with and enjoying the company of frolicking, adoptable kittens. Even if your yoga poses are less than purrfect, the event is open to all experience levels.
Class by donation. Minimum of $25 Donation per person attending class.
The class proceeds will benefit Cat Tales Adoption Center
All Kittens are available for adoption after the Meowmasté event. All animals have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated and have a clean bill of health. If you decide to adopt a pet the day of class, applications will be available after class.
Join us in in a powerfully immersive and intensive 90 minutes of harmonic Sound Bath healing experience while you receive the universal energy healing called reiki which will help re-balance the energies in the body to heal itself.
Resting comfortably, attendees will experience the frequencies and harmonies of crystal singing bowls and settle into an ultra relaxing brainwave state where healing, revelations, and magic can happen.
A light cacao beverage will be offered to facilitate heart opening, connection, focus, self renewal and connected to our hearts.
What is a Sound Bath?
A Sound Bath is a beautiful meditative concert-like experience where one would witness a certified Sound Healing Practitioner play harmonious notes and sounds created by using various musical instruments like Himalayan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowls, Gongs, Chimes and other resonant instruments. While the participant is encouraged to sit or lay down in a comfortable position, a bath of soothing sound waves and healing frequencies will be sent washing over the body, encouraging deep relaxation and the release of any stored tension, stress and anxiety in the body while stimulating the brain into a meditative state.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a hands-on natural healing modality where a certified Reiki Practitioner acts as a conduit between the client and the source of Universal Light & Life Force Energy (aka “Chi” or “Prana”). Light & Energy flows through the practitioner’s hands/eyes/breath and is directed towards the client.
What is Crystal Reiki Healing?
Healing Crystals (semi-precious gemstones) will each be programmed and charged with Reiki in order to work on the body, to balance and energize the Chakras, provide color therapy, and support mental, emotional and physical release during the session.
No meditation experience is
required. All you have to do during the session is try to relax and
be open to receiving the sounds and vibrations from the Singing
Bowls when played over and around you. You will be encouraged to
either sit or lay down on the floor. Chairs are available for those
who cannot sit or lay down on the floor. (Please advise before the
session if a chair will be needed). Yoga Mats, Pillows, Eye
Coverings and Blankets will be provided.
