This 3-week series is your one-way ticket to slink, sass, and
strength. Meets on the same day and time of each week.
Its not what you do, but how you do it. This couldn't be more true with your pole flow! Ever get stuck on not knowing what to do with your hands, head and arms while you dance? Do you wish your movements looked accurate to what you felt inside while doing them?
You just need more “know-how” on what to do. This workshop is just right for you with the dynamic Alice.
Includes:
-The art of entrance & exit
- Adding layers to basics
- Arm trails, wrist flicks, hair choreography
- Face and gaze work
- Signature flavor
Appropriate for all levels.

Strictly spin pole. Phoenix will guide you through interchangeable transitions & shapes into two stunning, intricate pole passes.
Intermediate/Advanced.
Skill requirements: comfortable doing aerial inverts (Level 3), leg hangs, brass monkey, shoulder mount, superman. Ayeshas are suggested, though not required. Modifications will be offered.

Be prepared to put in serious work and badassery. This is all about Handsprings and Ayeshas technique, alignment, creative entrances & exits, various grips, shapes, and the mechanics behind using flexibility with these skills.
Skill requirements: intermediate/advanced. Must have some previous experience with handsprings/ayeshas.

You're invited to a special evening. Join us for Inversion's 16th anniversary as we celebrate and dance in the shadows for the annual client showcase. Plus, it's in October so its' primetime for some Halloween vibes. (we live in it everyday at the coven).
