Strictly spin pole. Phoenix will guide you through interchangeable transitions & shapes into two stunning, intricate pole passes.
Beginner/Intermediate. Skill requirements: Holding a chair on spin for 2 full revolutions, climbs on spin, cradle on spin, and front and back knee hooks (Level 1). Inversions are not required but will be incorporated if you are comfortable inverting. Modifications will be offered if you are not.
