Pelvic Floor Workshop: Strengthen with Confidence
Join us for this two-part workshop on April 8th and May 25th at 10 AM! Can’t make both sessions? No worries—single-day sign-ups are available.
This workshop will introduce the fundamental concepts of pelvic floor health, including its function, how to recognize dysfunction, and how to integrate proper pelvic floor management into your strength training routine.
Many people worry about how exercise might negatively impact their pelvic floor—especially after pregnancy, surgery, or when experiencing symptoms of dysfunction. However, when done correctly, exercise can actually support and strengthen the pelvic floor, helping to prevent further issues.
Through guided exercises, you’ll develop a better awareness of your pelvic floor and learn practical techniques to incorporate into your workouts.
Let’s move with confidence and strength!
