The Full Moon is on her way!! Join us for a cosmically fueled full moon experience. We'll flow under the moonlight and learn about the cosmic energy to be harnessed for reflection and transformation!

Tarot, smoke cleansing, and other spiritual rituals are infused through the class to connect our wild hearts to the expansive and infinite universe.

Every full moon class ends in an extra long Savasana to soak up a sound bath of crystal bowls and Koshi chimes to shake the dust off our souls.

This class is held outside, weather permitting. If it rains, or if temperature is below 55 degrees, class will be moved indoors.

Whether you seek stability, intensity, or softness, this workshop will give you new ways to work intelligently with your body and breath. We’ll reframe props not as “crutches,” but as bridges between dynamic activation and mindful release, to take you deeper into your practice.
