Join us on Wednesday, February 18th from 4:00-4:45pm. Our Kids Yoga class is a joyful mix of movement, imagination, and relaxation! Through animal poses, games, stories, music, and simple breathing exercises, kids build strength, balance, and confidence while having fun. Each class ends with a calming rest to help kids feel happy, relaxed, and proud of themselves.
Join us on the third Thursday of each month from 5:30-6:30pm for this playful, yet relaxing yoga class that's appropriate for beginners and can spread through to intermediate or advanced yogis. You will get 20% off your food and drink ticket for the evening. Come enjoy a drink while we stretch, and stay for a snack (and maybe another drink) once we're done!
Join us on February 25th at 6:45 pm! The Yoga Trapeze, used in conjunction with mat yoga, offers a comprehensive fitness modality. It allows functional pushing, pulling, holding, twisting, bending, and grip strength! It builds a great deal of upper body and core strength. It also allows for deeper, passive backbends that can be held for longer periods of time. Yoga Trapeze inversions counteract gravity, creating space and length in the spine through simple, gentle, bodyweight traction. In our Trapeze Basics class we will walk you through the trapeze and how to use it. Then we will get into a comprehensive class and enjoy “playing” with the basics.
