The three sessions build on each other offering time for practice, reflection and questions. Experience Yoga and Ayurveda self-care in community, sample foods and teas, and take home nourishing oils, balms and practices to try.
Ready to take your belly dance journey to the next level? This 8-week mixed-level series is designed for dancers with some prior experience or those who have completed the foundational course. We'll build on core techniques with more challenging combinations, layered movements, and a dynamic choreography that evolves throughout the series.
You’ll be introduced to props such as canes, sagat (finger cymbals) and silk fans, exploring rhythm and coordination in new and exciting ways. This class encourages growth, creativity, and a willingness to try new things in a supportive, fun environment.
New students with previous dance experience may be accepted at the instructor’s discretion.
Full moons offer an opportunity to let go of what we no longer need and circles are spaces to listen to our heart’s song in a beloved community. After we cast a sacred circle, move, meditate and let go, Charlie Adinolfi will bless us with a beautiful sound bath to help make space for new moon wonders.

The Inner Light Yin and Restorative Immersion is a healing journey designed to deepen relaxation, restore balance, and awaken your inner light. Combining the slow, gentle stretches of Yin yoga with the soothing support of Restorative postures, this immersion creates space for deep release and self-reflection.
We will blend long-held poses with conscious breathwork, mantra, and guided meditation to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system. This nurturing practice invites you to let go of tension, reduce stress, and reconnect with your true essence.
Ideal for all levels, this immersion offers a sanctuary of stillness where you can cultivate mindfulness, emotional resilience, and a sense of inner peace—helping you recharge and align with your highest self.
