Summer special: six-week journey toward improving posture, health, and emotional well-being.
Benefits of mindful yoga in kids:
Reduce anxiety and daily stress;
Improve focus and optimism;
Improve sports actively involved in;
Improve body image;
Improve self-esteem;
Foster creativity and decisions “outside the box”;
Develop self regulation and emotional intelligence.
Tweens are formative years that can be challenging with bodily changes, mood swings, and increased stress levels both academically and athletically. Kids are expected to excel while not taught any skills on how to regulate their often overloaded and still developing nervous system.
The more connected students become with technology the less connected they are to their bodies. Our goal at the end of each tweenteen course is not just to release the “tech neck” but also to build confidence, self-esteem and self-regulation.
Using yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing tools), guided meditation (relaxation) and discussion we will guide kids to form a foundation for self-understanding, nurture self-love, and inspire personal growth.
Reconnect with your innate worth not just as a concept, but as a deeply felt experience.
In this transformative 2.5-hour workshop, you’ll be guided through breathwork, visualization, and expressive arts designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, connected, and empowered from within.
You’ll Leave Feeling:
- More connected to your body and inner voice
- Clearer about what you truly want and value
- Emotionally lighter, grounded, and supported
- More open to possibilities
- Rooted in self-worth that isn’t dependent on external validation
This experience is not about fixing yourself or becoming someone
new.
It’s about remembering who you already are and learning how to
stand in it.
