Babies are not just welcome — they're part of the practice.Whether your baby is sleeping in your arms, rolling on the mat beside you, or demanding a snack mid-downward dog, this space holds all of it. Introduction to Mat Pilates with Julie & Taylor at The Well!

Build strength, confidence, and body awareness in this fun and supportive 6-week Intro to Pilates series led by Taylor and Julie, Perfect for beginners (or anyone wanting a refresh!) , this series breaks down the fundamentals of Pilates in a way that feels approachable, engaging, and effective.
Each week, you’ll explore movement in a different “shape” or position of the body, supine (on your back) prone (on your stomach), seated, and tabletop—helping you understand how your body works in a variety of orientations.
Along the way, you’ll learn the key building blocks of Pilates, including core engagement, breathwork, alignment, and control. As well as pelvic and scapula placement.
Expect a mix of mindful movement, light challenge, and lots of fun! as you develop strength, improve posture, and deepen your connection to your body. Julie and Taylor offer clear guidance, hands-on teaching, and plenty of options to meet you where you are.
By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll have a solid foundation in Mat Pilates fundamentals and the confidence to continue your practice with us!

Bloom - May 29th | The Well
Bloom is back, and we're bringing it to The Well. A women's-only
evening of movement,music, and connection — with Dance Alchemy® at
the heart of the experience. Think girls night out, reimagined.
Less small talk. More soul. A space to drop the day,move your body,
and remember what it feels like to be fully you.
Dance Alchemy® is a guided movement journey designed to help you
reconnect with
your body, your rhythm, and your natural expression. Through the
energies of earth,
water, fire, air, and ether, we'll move through an experience that
blends simple guided movement, embodiment practices, and a short
ecstatic dance portion where you can move freely in your own
way.
Expect a variety of music, different rhythms, playful energy,
and a welcoming space to
explore movement without pressure or perfection. Most of the
session includes easy-to-follow prompts and movements, making it
accessible whether you dance often or never at all.
This is a chance to shake off stress, get out of your head, feel
more alive in your body,
and enjoy a shared community experience through movement. Come as
you are. Leave feeling lighter, freer, and more connected.

About Your Hosts
Kerri B. Guided Dance Facilitator & Community
Builder
Introduced to ecstatic dance through Tasha's events, Kerri fell in
love with embodied movement and went on to complete her Dance
Alchemy® Foundations training, along with deeper studies in
somatics. She now facilitates joyful, welcoming movement
experiences rooted in connection, self-expression, and the belief
that dance belongs to everyone. Kerri co-created Bloom to bring
women together through the magic of music, movement, and
community.
Tasha B. Movement, Yoga & Reiki Guide
A long-time member of the ecstatic dance community and co-founder
of Chocolate
Groove Hamilton, Tasha is a certified yoga instructor and Dance
Alchemy® Foundations trained facilitator who blends gentle
movement, breath, and Reiki energy healing to create calming,
supportive spaces for release and reconnection. Her love of dance
and community runs deep, and Bloom is her invitation to women
everywhere to come home to themselves through movement.

Stretch & Restore Reformer
This specialty Reformer class offers a gentle, therapeutic experience designed to support recovery, relaxation, and overall mobility. Using the Reformer for supported stretching, you’ll explore slow, mindful movements that lengthen tight muscles, release tension, and improve flexibility — making it an ideal complement to heavier workouts, periods of stress, or days when your body needs extra care.
Class elements include guided breathwork, individualized adjustments, and deep, restorative holds. The practice finishes with a calming mat-based meditation using blankets and bolsters to encourage full-body release and nervous system relaxation.
