Join Lindsey through an exploration of each season and how there is an asana (posture) practice for each! She will start the year on January 3 with Yoga for the Winter (Restorative) and then offer 3 more workshops to follow in 2025! The Bridge's 200-HR Yoga Training will take place from with 8 in person weekends and asynchronous modules in between!
You can earn your RYT-200 in just 5 months and receive a complimentary Bridge membership during your 5 months of training!
