Reiki is a natural healing therapy that helps to harmonize and
balance the person’s energetic body. This allows the release of
stress, and promotes deep relaxation. Healing can occur on all
planes including physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.
The process of energy balance occurs by the practitioner placing
the hands close to or gently on the body, focusing on the areas of
“chakras,” or major energetic centers. The practitioner will clean
the recipients “aura” or energetic body, and restore the aura to
balance and purity, thus allowing the person who is receiving to
live as his or her most authentic self.
Sound is vibration, and affects the body in many different ways.
Every pore on the body has a vibratory ear that can soak in the
waves of sound in order to truly integrate the healing on a deep
and continuous level. When the gong, crystal bowls, harmonium and
other healing instruments are played, the entire body of an
individual can truly bathe in the sound and absorb deep relaxation
to the fullest.
Join International touring artists, Jordan Loder & Mirabai Moon, for a deep musical journey into the soul, as we combine our voices in the ancient practices of Bhakti yoga and Call and Response group chanting.
Jordan & Mirabai bring a unique combination of emotional
depth, raw vulnerability, and lighthearted humor to their immersive
mantra-based offerings. Not as performers above the crowd, but as
fellow travelers sharing the ride, lost in wild abandon to the
divine.
Their kirtan sessions incorporate both Buddhist and Sanskrit
mantras, with a focus on forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, and
the Divine Mother. They frequently include musicians from the local
community to co-create a truly magical and healing event.
