Your journey begins as you settle comfortably and are guided into a state of deep relaxation through two restorative yoga poses, breathing exercises and soothing, gentle chanting. Chanting prepares your mind and body to fully receive the therapeutic vibrations.
Then simply rest in a restorative pose, close your eyes, and allow the sound to do the work. You deserve this moment of peaceful reset.
Bring your yoga mat (and a blanket and pillow if you’d like but we have plenty of cozy props to go around).
