This intimate self-care social begins with a 45-minute sound bath designed to gently reset the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. Afterward, enjoy 45 minutes of mingling with a beautifully catered dinner from our Tea Room and an open tea bar featuring a variety of soothing blends.
The evening then flows into a cozy movie night in the yoga studio with Little Women playing on the projector, while guests are welcome to enjoy the infrared sauna at their leisure throughout the night. Each guest will also receive a thoughtfully curated self-care gift bag to take the experience home.
