The celebration continues with an evening of movement, creativity, and community at the CUERPOS EN FLOR Studio Jam.

This special gathering blends workshops, performance, and social dancing in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

Hopping Flow

Designed for all skill levels, focusing on foundational tricks, isolations, and hooping techniques.

Emphasizing fun, proper posture, breathing, and mindful movement.

Attendees will leave feeling lighter, calmer, and eager for more.

No experience is needed, and all bodies are welcome.
