New moon, New Community is an event for celebration and community building. Each month we meet to set intentions for the New Moon, incorporating a variety of activities depending on the current astrological energies. This potluck is to anchor into gratitude, laughter, and friends, as we move into the dark months. Please bring just yourself and/or your whole family! Everyone is welcome!
**Gluten Free options are appreciated
All events held by The Goddess Grove are donation based. We accept donations by cash, venmo, and zelle. All donations are greatly appreciated.
Nicole Schoeppner is a sound explorer and uses an array of
instruments including gongs, chimes, stringed and crystal
instruments. Nicole will create soothing harmonic sounds and gentle
vibrations to encourage your mind and body to release and relax.
Mike Curtis will lead the restorative yoga so that we will be in
positions conducive to the experience and he will lead us into
about 12 different supported postures using bolsters, blankets and
blocks. Sound supports the yoga experience and the yoga supports
the sound experience. We are bringing these two arts together for a
greater positive outcome. While in this relaxed and aware state the
harmonic tones and vibrations will cleanse, recharge, and balance
the mind, body and spirit. The yoga restorative poses will also
help us find relaxation, alignment and balance. Energetically,
emotionally and physically you may feel tension begin to slip away
replaced by feelings of well being and ease.
Leave this sound bath feeling more relaxed, creative and connected
to your true heart-centered self. Any pain, tension, or anxiety
felt before the session may be greatly reduced.
Please try to arrive by about 6:15 or 6:20, so we can welcome you
and help you get set up. If for some reason you experience any
problems trying to sign up, don't worry--we can do it at the
door.

Come and have some fun beating on your drum, dance if you get the chance, chant if your spirit moves you. Join us for a drum circle at Yoga Central the second Friday of the month (6:30 to 7:30 pm), running through the winter months. These are donation-based sessions. Please bring your own drum or percussion instrument. Be creative: a plastic egg partially filled with raw lentils, rice, or beans makes a great homemade percussion instrument!
Drum circles have a rich history in all cultures of providing a meditative way to relax at the end of the day. Join us for a fun community-building drum circle.
It is helpful if you pre-register for free, and have an account with your e-mail address and phone number, then we can contact you with important details, or any changes.
