Join Sydney for a 90-minute restorative yoga class designed to help
you unwind and reconnect
with your inner calm. Through a series of fully supported postures,
held for 5-20 minutes each,
you'll be guided into a state of quiet rest and nervous system
reset.
The key ingredients are support and stillness.
This is your permission slip to care for yourself in a meaningful
way.
All props are provided, but you're welcome to bring anything from
home (an eye pillow, cozy
socks, a favorite blanket) if it will help you feel more supported
or comfortable.
Who It's For: Anyone feeling overextended, exhausted, stressed,
tired, or in need of nervous

No yoga experience needed, just a willingness and a desire to
collectively rest.
Join Sam Grey for a class with foundations in Moon Salutations, in honor of a very special upcoming FULL MOON on March 1st at Yoga Revolution!
We often practice Sun Salutations in our yoga classes, which honor the Yang, warm, and masculine energy in our practices, bodies, and in nature around us. Inversely, Moon Salutations were developed to pay tribute to and connect with the Yin, cooler, and feminine.
They are made up of a series of poses performed in a particular sequence to create a cooling flow of movement. Similar to Sun Salutations, Moon Salutations poses are coordinated with your breath cycle (inhale, extend; exhale, bend), however, they differ in that they draw the awareness inward, and bring about a tranquil quiet.
The full moon is an illuminating time, it represents the light of knowledge and wisdom. It signifies wholeness, fulfillment, and manifestation, as well as closure and completeness. Our intuitions are heightened, and we can see clearly where we are in the process of realizing our dreams.
Come ready to move, reflect with gratitude, celebrate how far you’ve come, release what no longer serves you and set intentions in a full moon circle (with no pressure to share with the group), meditate, and get ready to move forward, manifesting with gratitude, peace, and joy.
