What We'll Explore
Over five weeks, your child will learn the foundational principles of Qigong and Tai Chi in a playful and age-appropriate way. We'll explore:

Mindful Movement: We'll use simple, imaginative exercises like “Shaking the Tree” and “Swimming Dragon” to improve coordination, balance, and body awareness.

Animal Frolics: Kids will love mimicking the movements of animals like the Bear , Crane, and Tiger, learning to embody different qualities like strength, grace, and calmness.

Simple Tai Chi Form: We'll gradually build a short, beautiful sequence of movements like “Parting the Wild Horse's Mane” and “Brush Knee & Push,” giving your child a tangible form to practice.
