Motherhood evolves—and so do you. Juno’s Seasoned Moms’ Group is a 6-week, expertly facilitated, nonjudgmental space for moms welcoming a second, third, or fourth+ baby (ages 0–6 months). This group is designed to support the unique transition of growing your family while fostering meaningful connection with other women who truly get it.
Together, we'll talk openly about the realities of life with multiple children, shifting relationship dynamics, identity changes, and the ongoing process of (re)finding yourself. Nothing is off-limits and everything belongs. This is a space to be honest, supported and deeply understood as you navigate this new chapter.
Expert group facilitation is led by Ariana Witkin, MD, pediatrician.
Looking for your people in this new season of motherhood? Come find them here.
Juno’s New Moms’ Group is a 6 week, expertly facilitated series for first time moms with babies ages 0 to 6 months. This intimate community is designed to meet you exactly where you are, surrounded by women navigating this transition right alongside you.
Come as you are. Sweatpants, mom buns, and fussy babies are always welcome. Together we explore the topics that matter most in early motherhood, including the emotional transition into becoming a parent, partner communication and boundaries, feeding, sleep, newborn development and everything in between.
You’ll receive evidence based guidance along with practical, nonjudgmental tools to help you feel more grounded, confident and supported as you find your footing.
Facilitated by Ariana Witkin, MD, pediatrician, this group offers both expert insight and the power of real community during one of life’s biggest transitions.
While this group is facilitated by a pediatrician and offers evidence based education, it is not a substitute for individualized medical advice or care. Please reach out to your own healthcare provider for personal medical concerns.
Is this perimenopause?
If you’ve been asking yourself this question, this workshop is for you.
In this three-session course, we’ll explore the hormonal changes of perimenopause and how they can affect sleep, mood, energy, metabolism, and more. You’ll learn how to recognize common symptoms and understand the full range of treatment options, including both hormonal and non-hormonal approaches.
This course is designed to give you the clear, evidence-based information that can be difficult to get during a short doctor’s visit—or to sort through online.
The workshop is facilitated by Dr. Meredith, a board-certified OB/GYN and menopause specialist. Sessions are interactive and supportive, with space for questions, discussion, and shared experiences as we navigate this important transition together. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what’s happening in your body and practical strategies to help you feel your best during perimenopause and beyond.
