Come connect with expert midwife, doula, and childbirth educator Tara Kenny for an open, supportive Q&A on pregnancy and postpartum. Ask questions, get guidance, and learn more about birth and Juno’s childbirth education offerings in a relaxed, welcoming space. Join before prenatal yoga, and stay for movement after.
A sound bath uses gentle vibrations from singing bowls, chimes, drums, and gongs to help you unwind and rebalance—it's like a deep‑tissue massage for the nervous system. In this 60‑minute experiential session you’ll lie comfortably and be “bathed” in soothing frequencies that quiet the busy mind, ease tension, and support emotional and physical restoration. The practice promotes deep relaxation, mental clarity, and a renewed sense of calm even when thoughts wander.
MamaSoma is a movement class that blends aerobics, muscle strengthening, nervous system recalibration, gentle stretches, and time for stillness — all set to an intuitively curated playlist. We open the practice with a quick tapping session and close with the hip, low back, and shoulder stretches that simply cannot be skipped when you’re creating space for conception, growing a human, spending hours holding one, or simply want to feel better.
Come get your ya-ya’s out, build physical (and emotional) resilience, feel your system exhale, and see your higher self enter the chat again — ooh la la, MamaSoma checks all the boxes!
