this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn what breathwork is,
why it’s helpful for your body and mind, and how to do simple
pranayama breathing exercises. We’ll talk a little about the
science behind breathwork, practice easy techniques together, and
end with a restorative breathwork session to help you feel relaxed
and refreshed.
This workshop is great for all skill levels—whether you’re brand
new or have practiced before, you’ll leave with tools you can use
anytime to feel more calm, clear, and connected. Just bring your
