Join Michelle and others for our 2nd Annual free Wellness event, as you
experience different practices guaranteed to nurture your body,
mind, and soul.
We'll begin with a flowing (all levels are welcome) yoga class,
followed by yin (deep stretching) postures, and finishing with a
guided meditation and sound bath.
Cultivating a balanced life is challenging; let us help you renew,
recharge, and thrive in this new year.
Event Schedule:
• 12:30-1pm – Greetings and opening discussion
• 1-1:45pm – Beginner Flow class
• 2-2:45pm – Yin Yoga
(stretching)
• 3-4:15pm – Meditation, Breathwork,
and Sound Bath
• 4:15-5pm – Closing discussions and
refreshments
This event is free to
attend, but space is limited so advanced registration is
required. Please feel free to come and enjoy all sessions,
or just one!
* We ask you please avoid arriving late or leaving in the middle of a session, especially during meditation and sound bath portions
** There will be a 15-minute gap between sessions for those who decide to come and go.
