The Inner World of Yin Workshop

Join Aaron on a journey into the inner world of Yin, a slow paced yoga practice with a series of long holds in floor-based poses. These beautifully restful Yin postures work deeply into the lower body areas that are especially rich in connective tissues.

Part One: Explore the passive practice of Yin which includes poses being held for 3-5 minutes with the aim of improving mobility. Keeping your connective tissue pliable and hydrated helps to restore youthfulness to your body and mind.

Part Two: Understand more about the 8 Limbs of Yoga and the philosophy behind Yin. Learn from the ancient wisdom of the practice and deepen your knowledge.

Part Three: Enjoy being guided through a mantra meditation to bring your awareness to sound. As you gently absorb your practice and encourage the subtle body to completely surrender and relax.

Immerse yourself in a 90 minute Bump Workshop for mums-to-be. Led by two experienced teachers in their fields, Ashley and May, this fantastic duo have come together to provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to empower you on your pre-natal journey.
 
Co-owner of Kalimukti, Yoga and Pilates teacher Ashley will being the workshop witha 45 minute Pilates practice. She will guide you through a series of movements designed to strengthen and stabilise your body throughout your pregnancy and aid with labour and birthing.
 
Midwife, Hypnobirthing teacher and founder of Positive Birth Jersey, May Bourne will lead a guided relaxation, along with some simple breath work, and focus on the importance of releasing tension during pregnancy and birth.

Strengthen, Lengthen and Connect Workshop

Explore the Pilates principles: concentration, control, centre, flow, precision and breathing. Join Ashley to encourage a deeper body awareness and take your Pilates practice further.
 
This workshop will consist of an entire body series to strengthen, lengthen, mobilise and stabilise the fundamental areas of the body. To aid you in feeling supported and balanced in your everyday movements.
 
A vital focus on moving from the centre, spending time learning what it feels like to connect from the intrinsic muscles of your powerhouse and taking time to study correct movement from the soles of the feet to the crown.
 
After a break we will spend time sealing the body with a restorative meditation. This aims to bring the mind and body into a restful state. With the option of an essential oil adjustment to guide the body in to a sense of grounding.

Elemental Energy Workshop

Join Roxy for a three hour workshop that focuses on the four vital elements: earth, air, fire and water.

Begin with an introduction to QI energy in chi gong yoga, as you are guided through a series of slow movements linked to your breath.

- Air: meditation to create space and slow moving asanas to appreciate the space between each breath and movement
