A workshop focused on using the studio walls to take your yoga practice deeper.
Explore new ways to practice familiar poses with a new perspective.
Part One: Warm up with dynamic movement to create warmth and mobility in the body. Use the wall to help activate and bring intention to standing and twisting postures.
Part Two: Slow paced restorative poses, using the wall to assist in seated poses and supported inversions to ease the body and settle the mind.
The workshop will close with meditation - an opportunity to deeply relax and let go of all tension.
Reconnect the body and breath in a 90 minute flow and breathwork practice led by yoga instructor Roxy and breathwork practitioner Georgi.
