A four-week yoga course that gives you a strong and safe foundation to explore the fundamentals of yoga with a gentle vinyasa (moving the body with the breath in a flowing manner).
A different focus each week to include;
Lengthen hamstrings and mobilise the spine for clarity of the
Deep detoxifying twists and balance to enhance your concentration and memory
Opening the hips and chest to let go of stress and anxiety
Inversions (stands, shoulder/head) to invite a sense of calm and focus
All equipment is provided, comfortable exercise clothing (no shoes are needed).
