MOGA - Yoga for Men

This four-week course is designed to condition and strengthen the body. It teaches guys the fundamentals of yoga providing a strong and safe foundation of the practice as you explore the benefits and learn what yoga has to offer.

Mama and Baby Pilates

A four-week Pilates course for post-natal mums. Bring your baby along with you, re-connect with the abdominal region and ease back in to exercise. Find your balance and correct the affects that feeding and carrying your little one has had on the shoulders and spine. 
 
We provide a friendly environment where you can to meet other mums and babies, change and feed as and when suits. All equipment is provided, including blankets for babies to lie on. Make sure to wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in.

Kids Yoga

Yoga to support Mental Health

Join Anne at Kalimukti to explore how yoga can support our mental health through vagus nerve toning techniques including; conscious breathing; pranayama, gentle heart opening and tension releasing yoga poses.

Working towards self compassion and awareness, explore techniques and practices to utilise in daily life.

Week 1 Connection of the breath and movement. Stretch and move with the breath to sense the internal state of the body and become aware of areas where release is needed.

Week 2 Pranayama focused class that will build a toolkit of breathing techniques to re-centre, calm or energise the body and mind.

Week 3 Heart opening practice combined with simple chi breathing exercises to lift mood and get pranic energy moving through the body.

Week 4 Sensory awareness class combining yoga mudra with pranayama then moving into a guided yoga nidra body scan relaxation.
